Steven Howland

Urban Studies and Planning
Portland State University

Steven Howland is a PhD candidate in Urban Studies, where he specializes in economic development and poverty with particular interest in the intersections of the two with transportation issues. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Planning from Arizona State University.
