The Transportation Research and Education Center (TREC) at Portland State University (PSU) is the home of a new Transportation Decarbonization Resource Hub, funded by a federal investment of $963,000. The Hub will be a resource center to help government agencies, tribal governments, and community partners prioritize transportation decarbonization strategies and make better, more equitable investment decisions to meet local, regional and statewide targets.
